Too Hot to Cook? Same

Good Morning!

It’s hot here in Kansas City. Like “don’t even look at the stove” hot. So if you’re craving something fresh but refuse to sweat for it, I’ve got your back.

This week, I'm sharing three no-cook recipes to keep you cool, full, and most importantly far from the oven!

🦀 Crab Ceviche
Fresh, citrusy, and zero heat required. Not a crab fan? Swap in shrimp or white fish—still delicious. The lime juice "cooks" the shrimp!

🥒 Cucumber Melon Salad
This one’s hydrating and refreshing—basically edible air conditioning. And as a side note, I think it might be the most beautiful recipe I've ever photographed!

🍫 No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
Your sweet tooth called—and it’s too hot for baking. These bars hit the chocolate-peanut butter spot without heating a thing.

Stay cool this week!
