Good Morning! I try not to be petty, but indulge me just a little bit here. Back in 2019, I developed the recipe below for a group that wanted to promote using more beef for dinner. I was very excited for the job because it's a treat for me to work with a whole ingredient (like meat or produce)! A few months after I posted this recipe, they gave me the feedback that they thought my post did not reach enough people and it wasn't worth the money they spent on the project. Womp womp! No one wants to hear that, right? It really bummed me out at the time. With recipes, the cream rises to the top, but it does take time. A few brave folks try it first, then review it. And it just grows from there. Since posted, this little recipe that "didn't do good enough" has since been made over 250,000 times and has 4.8 stars from 275 reviewers.
