Spring into Seafood with These Easy Recipes

BLACKBERRY BABE

Good Afternoon to you!

I know many of you are eating more seafood during Lent.

And even if this is not the case for you, it's a great time to indulge in seafood since many grocery stores put it on sale during Lent.

For example, I just found frozen-wild caught shrimp for $4.99/pound. You better believe I stocked up on it!

So, I put together three easy clean-up recipes that use seafood. All are light and fresh, perfect for Spring flavors, and easy to scale down if you're just feeding 1 or 2 people!

1. Garlic Butter Crab Legs with Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes

An easy sheet pan dinner that feels fancy but is simple to prep with an awesome garlicky butter sauce!

2. Pan-Seared Sablefish (Black Cod) with White Wine Tomatoes

This one-pan stovetop meal features buttery sablefish with blistered cherry tomatoes and shallots in a delicate white wine sauce. Can't find sablefish? Don't worry! Salmon filets are a great sub in this recipe.

3. Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass

Quick, restaurant-quality sea bass cooked in a skillet until golden and flaky, paired with a savory tomato caper butter!

Can't find this fish? Halibut or cod are great substitutes.

Each of these recipes comes together in just one pan — making them perfect for weeknights, Lent, or anytime you’re craving a lighter (but still satisfying) dinner.

Which one are you trying first?

See you in the kitchen!
